As a key focus of the denim industry, water washing emphasizes the exploration and application of denim washing technology, becoming a key trend in the future of the denim industry.

Two color washing

Double color washing mainly uses the hanging dyeing process, which can create a soft, gradual, and harmonious visual effect on denim fabric from light to dark or from deep to light. The clothing needs to be hung up and arranged on a reciprocating frame, and different levels of dye solution are injected into the dyeing tank, starting from low and then high. Gradually increasing in stages, the dye solution becomes thick and then thin, resulting in a gradient effect.

Color fading and desizing

In addition to the common denim blue, other colors in denim are mainly dyed using a cross dyeing process, followed by desizing and fading to break the color limitations of denim and improve softness and drape. They are generally used to re dye denim in existing styles to pursue bright and fashionable color trends.

Rotten flower pulp stone washing

Denim fabric, after being washed with a distressed process, has a three-dimensional personalized effect of yarn shedding. Alternatively, after being polished with floating stones and treated with additives, certain parts of the garment may be damaged to a certain extent, resulting in a noticeable aging effect after washing. It is also possible to cut the fabric surface in designated areas and then wash it with water to achieve a distressed effect, giving denim fabric a new aesthetic height of damaged and incomplete pieces.

Burst pattern

Burst pattern, also known as "ice crack", is the core of this process mainly using "burst paste". The production method is to manually scrape the burst paste to a certain thickness on the surface of denim clothing, and then dry it. After drying, various natural cracks will be formed, or white ice cracks will appear after spraying the horse chestnut.

Cats need to be washed with water

The shape resembles a cat whisker pattern, named after the processed effect resembling the shape of a cat whisker. It can be obtained by sewing and then grinding or rubbing with a horsetail, or by grinding directly with a grinding wheel. When combined with three-dimensional creases and then rubbing with a horsetail, it becomes a three-dimensional cat whisker with a clearer sense of hierarchy.

Laser Engraving

Using a laser emitter to remove the blue color floating on the surface of the yarn, various floral patterns or logos are formed on jeans. The contrast of indigo color highlights clear contour patterns, which is a new technology for designing denim pattern washing patterns and a process that advocates environmentally friendly washing.
